I know i'm asking alot of questions but I really want to be sure, so if you can please look at my other question, as I am too lazy to rewrite them lol, anyways I plan to start with wing chun, and then maybe go on to ninjutsu, do you think this is a good transition? and can you tell if this is a good school lawingchun.com/grading_04162011.html please note I am only 13 but am turning 14 in about a month, so is it a good school? thanks.
So the Grand Master of the school learnt from Yip Man ( Bruce Lee's teacher) so that looks good. They have good testimonials, the price is not mentioned, but you can get a trial class. The school seems legit. Age doesn't matter. And, I don't' know about the transition, as you should only leave the wing chun system when you are confident of your skills, so it's a personal choice.

NFC North has one good team. The New York Football Patriots.
yeh
I want the Vikings to win but it's only the 2nd quarter and only 10 points
fuccckk Vikings Chargers will win !
I know their down at 10 but fo reals tho they wll win !
I wouldn't call it "raeping" in general, neither are they raping them. It's a 3 points game. They would have to get at least 20 points ahead to qualify for those words. Chargers are playing like crap, so the game is 50/50.
…and that is why the play 60 minutes my friend…Viking lose..

(i figured that out by the start) Though i have found one in Des plaines (Maxon Shooter) is there anything closer?
It's been years since I was there. No, make that decades. But there is a range called Darnall's Shooting Range in Bloomington, IL.

Why would you even watch this TRASH American show

edit: Thumbs down I wonder why
Ew…

I'm so glad he's in America.
not very
Wow, you expect me to watch that?!
Yeah very nasty
He doesn't really look like the sort of guy who has a lot of sex.

Edit: Oh sh*t he's slept with 200 people!? What the hell!!

Damn, the longer I watch it the worse it gets.
america suits him
I watch very little American TV now, most of it is trash.

@ Karthi… I like Family Guy…
wow blues that's not fair.. Every show is trash in US
disgusting.
Which guy? Steve Wilkos or the other guy?
They're both sick really.
Steve used to be Security to the Jerry Springer show (another trashy made up show) and that's how he gained his fame.. by throwing armature actors around..actors that made themselves look like idiots for $20 and a free hotel room.
This show is made up.. just like Springer and half the crappy talk shows they play here in the U.S.

EDIT: @Lipi the photographer RATER: I got a thumbs down too and I agree with you.. well except the "typical american" part.. I wonder why I did.. maybe because I'm American.. hmm.. or maybe because some Steve Wilkos and Jerry Springer lover doesn't like to believe it's all made up trash.
And this has what to do with football ?
Eww creepy yanks :s
I only watched the last part ( the fight ). What's going on im not getting this.

edit: ok now I get it.. what a sick Bast..d.. I hope he rots in Hell.
he is gross. who is gonna sleep with him?

But that's a big "if".
yea its really possible. Hey Levi what happened to yall today?
Yes he could. He's the only legitimate threat on the Jaguars, so they will rely on him much more, so he has a chance to really shred defenses this season.
He'll be in the top 3.

This is why I drafted him 3rd overall. The only thing that might hurt him is the passing game of Jacksonville.

I have have extremely important hockey tryouts tomorrow and I want to know how to be in the best physical and mental state possible. What should I do the day before such as time to go to bed. I wake up everyday at 6 to go to school so what time should I be in bed by. I have tryout at 6 ish. Tommorow should I eat a small or large breakfast. What type of foods would be best? What type of food would be best for luck and dinner as well. And should I have any type of energy drink before such as poweraade. Those make me hyper. Also what are some good ways to help sore legs. Like around the thighs. Thanks for your help it is greTly appreciated.
exercise
Condition yourself, do light exercise but not too much so u don't wear out your legs. be in bed by 9, you will get plenty of sleep that way, and turn off your cellphone, ipod, lights etc. it will help you sleep more soundly. eat a decent sized breakfast, maybe a piece of toast and and a bowl of cereal with milk and a glass of orange juice so you have energy but aren't too full. foods high in carbs like pasta without sauce are great, lots of energy and NO energy drinks before you play. during, if you want a small Gatorade that's fine but before you will crash from the sugar. and as for your legs, keep them loose and maybe icy-hot patches, sometimes they work. good luck, and i hope you make it!
The day before when you are about to go to bed you should do stretches for 5-10 minutes usually it is good to do reaching down and touching your toes and many other basic exercises that you know instead of trying complicated stretches. Be in bed by around 8:30 to 9:30 so you are well-rested but aren't oversleeping. A large breakfast will give you good nutrients and energy along with a well-balanced lunch. You should eat plenty of fruit, and other nutrient-dense foods for breakfast and lunch. For dinner it would be best if you had something high in complex carbohydrates and starches such as pasta, rice, or bread. I'm guessing you will have dinner afterwards so i would have a snack around 2 hours before practice as this allows the stomach to empty while still giving you the sufficient energy you need. I wouldn't recommend having a powerade before hand as these tend to cause you to crash and also can give you cramps. Best thing is usually going to be plain old water. Make sure throughout the day you are drinking plenty of water, and don't drink too much if it is close to practice as this can also cause stomach cramps, i recommend not drinking very much water an hour or an hour and a half before the tryout. For sore thighs i would probably ice it for around 3 hours before practice and heat it for around 15 minutes afterwards. Have fun and enjoy yourself. By the way what level is it for (highschool, college, … etc) .. I just tried out for my high school team.

Think about it,you have to dribble the ball up the court, call plays, have court vision,be a great passer,be able to shoot from the perimeter, and a lot of other intangibles are involved with playing the position of point guard.
Yeah I would agree with you. Point guards are very skilled compared to the other positions. The team I was on growing up we always put the best players as point.
Yes point quard is the hardest position to play because you have to be like an all around player
you don't HAVE to be able shoot from the perimeter. If that's the case then why is Rondo one of the best PG's in the NBA right now?

yes PG is the toughest position to play.
Yup. You have to facilitate for your team, and most of the times, the PG is the leader of the team.
Yes they ave to be the leader and vocal
I actually think Center is the toughest position to play. You have to play with your back to the basket, box out, take on the other team's tallest player, switch off on defense all the time to guard the paint, and get the hell beat out of you under the boards.

Point guards have a lot of decisions to make, but they have the ball all the time, and really, hoops is much easier to play WITH the ball than without it.
Yes sir.
If I was big I'd try another position.

We have to be the fastest, strongest, best dribblers, best shooters , and have the best vision.
NOPE, WRESTLING IS THE HARDEST POSITITON TO PLAY IN BASKETBALL
Yes

PG is the toughest position to play, you have to call the plays and the ball is in your hands most of the game, you have create shot opportunities for teammates, be a great freethrow shooter, and basically the point guard is the on the court coach.

Not to mention that the point guard is most of the time the smallest person on the court, so any other position can be a miss match for a point guard on defense.
It may be, but its also the best one to play, cause you are actually the coach on the court, the floor general, and you control the ball and make plays for others
I'd say so. When you are a point guard on any organized team, youth or not, you have to be like the quarterback. You have to be a court general, call plays, set up shots, and still do everything everyone else does. Such as play defense, among other things. Tricky tactics improve the play of ones team, and it is the point guards job to set everything up so it works. I'd say compared to every other position in basketball, it is the hardest by leaps and bounds.

The umpire made the correct decision and the crowd are booing their a**es off just because Serena is American. Unfair on Stosur.
yeah I hate them!
yep, i'm really pulling for sam to shut all of them up!
Yes, how anyone can root for Serena especially after that incident with the linesperson a couple of years ago is beyond me. She's a bully and I hope Stosur kicks her a**.
yeah i want stosur to win
Yeah, I feel pretty bad for Stosur I mean she's really good and I like both of the players, so I think the crowd wasn't really respectful- you know?
I was really hoping Stosur would hold on that next game but unfortunately she didn't. Hopefully she stays in the match mentally or Serena (and the entire stadium) is going to tear her apart for the rest of the match.
This was definitely not fair for her but hey life isn't fair. Novak has this problem in NY when playing Federer or Nadal. I thought that he was used to this but yesterday I saw that I was wrong.
Tomorrow he will win with or without the fan support
Yep. I hate them!!!
Stosur is 1 point away from winning!!
C'MON SAM!
I do not think that being yourself some hating ignorant will do any good… rather, pity them.
It's New York. Why are you expecting more?
No, I love biased and ignorant crowds just like everyone else does!

What kind of stupid *** question is that? An American crowd roots for an American player because they thing she was wronged, and you are questioning their reaction? Even the commentators didn't know the hindrance rule and thought it should have been a let. So why would you think that they should cheer when Serena looses an apparent winning point only to have the point go to the opposite player. Use some common sense next time! It's easy to look back after the fact and listen to the commentators explain over and over again what REALLY happened when you are at home. But a crowd sitting in the stands doesn't have that luxury so try to keep things in perspective the next time. You've obviously never watched the French Open before!
Alright. I'll be the odd one out. Go Serena! lol It's unfair but hey, Serena has 2 or 3 years left in her. She's one of the greatest players in the history of tennis. Let's give credit where it's due. I'm cheering for her. Yup, I'm American.
